Villa Anna Maria a small family resort, seems to be an ideal destination. Its unique location just 500 meters from the beach of Mylopotas, the stylish apartments and the beautifully landscaped surroundings exceed the expectations of every guest.

Villa Anna Maria consists of 10 rooms of which 4 are two-room apartments and 6 one-room studios. We are mainly aimed at families and couples who want a quiet holiday without the expected hustle and bustle of young people staying in the same accommodation.

Our policy is to accept reservations for people over the age of 21, except for families with children (of any age).

OUR ROOMS

All of our 10 rooms have sunny balconies or terraces, air conditioning, flat screen TV, small fridge, kitchenette with two electric hobs, hairdryer, clothes rack and private bathrooms with showers.

Most have a sea view and all have a garden view.

LOCATION

Villa Anna Maria is located 500 meters from Mylopotas beach, just 10 minutes by foot from the pulse of the beach’s entertainment, but at the same time far enough away from its hustle and bustle.

On the beach road you will find many cafes, restaurants and mini markets. The bus stop is on the beach road, while taxis pick up and drop off at our parking lot next to the building.

SERVICES

Free Wi-Fi is available in all areas.

At the bar next to the pool you can enjoy your breakfast, drinks and snacks while relaxing under the free umbrellas and sunbeds.

Guests can use the free private parking.

The picturesque town of Ios, which also hosts the nightlife, is 3 km away, while the port is 8
